Privacy

Sleuthhouse builds every case inside your web browser. The names, rooms and details you type are stored only in your browser’s local storage so your draft is still there next time. They are never sent to our servers.

If you buy Pro, your license key is sent to our license check, which asks our payment provider whether it is valid. We do not receive or store your card details. The payment provider handles checkout under its own privacy policy.

What you’re buying

Sleuthhouse Pro is a one-time purchase that unlocks all case types, difficulty levels and suspect limits in the case builder for personal, family and classroom use. Printed kits are yours to use as many times as you like.

You may not resell Sleuthhouse-generated kits, or offer them as a paid service, without written permission.

Refunds

If Sleuthhouse doesn’t work for your family, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you.

Safety

Grown-ups are responsible for choosing hiding spots that are safe for their children. Our suggested spots avoid appliances, medicines and high places, but always check your own home.
